Acrylo buyers surprised by rule-08/08/2005-ACN

The new regulation, which took effect on 1 August, restricts the capacity of trucks carrying hazardous goods such as acrylonitrile. Each truck can now carry only eight tonne of acrylonitrile, down from 30-50 tonne previously, according to the Ministry of Communications.
