DOT Expands Basis Weight Tolerances

The Department of Transportation (DOT) recently approved expanding the +/- 5 percent tolerance for basis weights for corrugated used in hazmat packaging to include those grades of containerboard (linerboard and medium) that are used for ECT board combinations.
