as far as i can see in Ireland there is a substancial reduction in the number of cattle around. much more idle fields of hay this year. On saying that we are full to the max with cattle and constantly turning stock over at the moment and even making a buck(its an unusual feeling).

I remember something about a particular variety grown for a specific market (i think it was mcdonalds) for something like a £40/t premium? It had to be virgin rape land, or not seen rape for 7yrs+. Anyone got any info or experience of this?
