I'm not sure about trendy but it's very good in cous cous, I like the way the grains strick to it. Try cous cous with lots of fresh herbs ,olive oil and lemon juice. Then add some feta cheese, sunblush tomatoes olives and avocado. I am getting hungry just thinking about it!
