ET Multimedia to get capital

The board and AGM of ET Multimedia AG voted in favour of a capital increase. Apparently both the new investor Styria Medien AG, and old investors, a consortium of financial entities led by Unternehmens Invest AG (UIAG), supported the move.

Styria Medien still keen on ET Multimedia

Austrian publishing group Styria Medien AG is said to retain the desire to buy a 50% stake in ET Multimedia AG, even though the CEO of ET Multimedia Friedrich Radinger recently resigned. Radinger is credited with coming up with the concept earlier in 2004.

Styria targets WirtschaftsBlatt

Styria Media AG, which publishes newspapers Die Presse and Kleine Zeitung, is negotiating a stake in leading business newspaper WirtschaftsBlatt, Styria CEO Dr. Horst Pirker told local reporters.
