Corkle, who will be relocating to California, most recently served as Midwest Area Manager, overseeing operations in Chicago and Peoria, IL; Lincoln, NE; St. Louis and Kansas City, MO. These offices have more than 150 employees and generate more than $45 million in annual gross revenue. Corkle was also Chicago Office Manager for nine years.

Corkle joined MEC in 1995 and has over 30 years of consulting experience, particularly in process design and civil site development. He is one of the company's leaders in environmental process engineering for the metals and metal finishing industries and is a co-inventor of patented process to reduce recycled process water. Two of his projects also received the Illinois Governor's Award for Pollution Prevention.

Prior to joining MEC, Corkle was vice president and general manager of a privately held design-build engineering firm serving private sector clients in heavy metals and metal finishing industry.

Corkle is a registered Professional Engineer in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering mathematics from the University of Tulsa and a Master of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Oklahoma. Corkle is a member of NSPE and ASCE.
