The award is given to the one new technology that best meets the criterion of having the broadest impact on mortgage lending going forward. DocVelocity was noted for taking the robust, proven paperless technology developed and enjoyed by Flagstar at a corporate level and delivering it to independent originators as a turnkey online system.
