— Charles Albert Williams, son of the late Halleck and Jessie Fisher Williams, was born on Aug. 2, 1925, and he departed this life on Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, having attained the age of 82 years. He was united in marriage to Rita Roudebush Williams.
