(Rapaport… July 3, 2003) Tahera Corporation (Tahera) is pleased to announce that it has closed the private placement announced on June 13, 2003. Tahera issued a total of 14,285,714 flow-through common shares at a subscription price of $0.14 per share, for gross proceeds of $2.0 million.
