axioms are sort of rules or assumptions which are at the base of a model of the world... eg euclidian geometry works on the basis of some axioms a couple of which are: a straight line is the shortest distance between two points and parallel lines never meet.

Fallacy 1: drinking harms people other than those drinking. It is possible for drunk people to cause others harm but currently in the eyes of the law the responsibility for actions while drunk are with the actor not the alcohol. Fallacy 2: you have the 'right' to smoke anywhere you like.
