Broadcom Corporation has licensed ARM(R) Cortex(TM)-A9 MPCore(TM) multicore processor from ARM Holdings plc, a UK-based designer of microprocessors, physical intellectual property, and related technology and software.
Braodcom is a US-based provider of semiconductors for wired and wireless communications. In addition to the Cortex(TM)-A9 processor, the agreement included ARM NEON(TM) SIMD (Single Instruction, Multiple Data) technology for the ARM Cortex-A series processors.

ARM Holdings (NasdaqNM: ARMH) hit a new 52-Week high of $7.33 so far today. Currently the stock is up $0.15 (2.09%) to $7.32 on 739,222 shares traded. Today's high is up $4.05 from a 52-Week Low of $3.27. ARM Holdings stock has been showing support around $6.94 and resistance in the $7.34 range. Technical indicators for the stock are bullish and S&P does not currently have a STARS rating for ARMH. We will just watch this one for now. There are no hedged trades we like the look of for ARMH.
