Announcement (June 10, 2009):

ASM International has signed a term sheet to divest its Levitor RTP business to a newly formed company owned and managed by the current management of the RTP business unit.

Pursuant to the transaction, the management will take over all current Levitor business including its employees and customer service.

ASM International will provide EUR4 million working capital and will retain a non-controlling minority share in the new company.
