The three claims are owned 100% by Nanika and consist of 178 acres. Two of the claims are contiguous to Nanika's current Indi property and the third property is within approximately 500 meters.

These properties are adjacent to the property that Ascot Resources Ltd. is currently working. By news release on September 22, 2009 Ascot announced drilling results of 11 meters of 50 grams per tonne gold.

Derrick Strickland, P. Geo., a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101 has reviewed the technical content of this release.
