TenDelta, a provider of business process consulting, technology design and education services, has completed phase one of an extensive plan to re-design the syndicated loan technology platform at Eaton Vance Management.
TenDelta said that the new platform replaces a number of in-house systems, to provide an integrated workflow-based solution for Eaton Vance's bank loan portfolio management, trading and settlement group.
The new technology platform, which has been live since late July 2009, is currently being used for credit risk and portfolio analysis across Eaton Vance's bank loan portfolio and has been well received by the organization, TenDelta said.
David Lochiatto, fixed income systems manager at Eaton Vance, said: "The Everest implementation is a true example of teamwork between Eaton Vance and TenDelta. TenDelta's ability to provide subject matter expertise, flexibility, project management and a true partner relationship are keys to the success of this implementation.
"TenDelta worked closely with our team, to understand our requirements and tailor Everest for our environment. When selecting a partner for this project, we sought a company with a mature methodology, an understanding of the business we are in and a consistent track record of delivering application development projects. We found that, and more, in TenDelta."

BOSTON, Nov 02, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --
Eaton Vance Limited Duration Income Fund (NYSE Amex: EVV), a closed-end management investment company, today declared a monthly distribution of $0.1158 per common share. As portfolio and market conditions change, the rate of future distributions may change. The distribution is expected to be paid on November 19, 2009, to shareholders of record on November 12, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 9, 2009. The November distribution is an increase of $0.0075 per share, or 6.9%, from the October 2009 monthly distribution rate. The last change in the Fund's monthly distribution was in November 2008.
The increased monthly distribution reflects a rise in the Fund's net earnings rate. This is primarily due to a decrease in the Fund's cost of leverage coupled with an increased allocation to high yield corporates.
At this time the Fund believes that a portion of the November distribution may be comprised of amounts from sources other than net investment income. If that is the case, you will be notified in writing. Further information will be available prior to the payment date at http://individuals.eatonvance.com. The final determination of tax characteristics of the Fund's distributions will occur after the end of the year, at which time it will be reported to the shareholders.
The Fund is managed by Eaton Vance Management, a subsidiary of Eaton Vance Corp. (NYSE: EV), based in Boston, one of the oldest investment management firms in the United States, with a history dating back to 1924. Eaton Vance and its affiliates managed $157.0 billion in assets as of September 30, 2009, offering individuals and institutions a broad array of investment products and wealth management solutions.
