Hilton Hotels is ready for its close-up. Hilton Hotels Corporation (Hilton) today announced that Paul Ades has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Labor Relations. Ades reports to Richard Lucas, Hilton Executive Vice President and General Counsel. In this new role, Ades will be responsible for overseeing labor relations for the global company.
Ades has more than fifteen years of experience in labor relations, including ten years specifically for hospitality companies. He most recently served as General Counsel for Labor and Employment for MGM Mirage, which has approximately 55,000 employees. Previously, Ades held the position of Associate General Counsel at Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. and Caesars Entertainment, Inc.
Prior to joining Caesars, Ades worked for the National Labor Relations Board's Enforcement Division in Washington D.C. as a trial attorney as well as for Steptoe and Johnson.
