For the first nine months ended September 30, 2009, net loss attributable to the company stockholders was $21.6 million, or $0.14 per share, compared to a net loss of $12.8 million, or $0.08 per share, in the comparable period of 2008. Total revenues were $366.81 million, compared to $403.79 million in the same period of 2008.

Prior to joining MRV, Brandon served in several senior engineering positions at AboveNet, TelCove, and MCI/Worldcom.
