Mr. Yuen, formerly Chief Financial Officer for the company, will focus on strategy for the future growth and development of the business and be responsible for strategic planning and implementation, risk management and business development.

Mr. Schindler joins Northstar as Chief Financial Officer from the Aerospace Group of Rexnord Industries, LLC where he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Rexnord's Aerospace Group is a leading producer of precision aerospace bearings and seals used in a variety of applications for commercial and military aircraft. Schindler is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Creighton University.
