Nov 17, 2009 (AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION via COMTEX) --
17 November 2009 - S&P on Monday affirmed and subsequently discontinued its BBB long-term counterparty credit rating on US financial holding company Old National Bancorp (NYSE:ONB) and its BBB+/A-2 counterparty credit rating on wholly-owned subsidiary Old National Bank.
The ratings withdrawal was requested by the issuer.
Due to continued market interest in Old National's outstanding debt, the rating service is assigning unsolicited ratings of BBB to Old National Bancorp and BBB+/A-2 to Old National Bank.
The agency will maintain surveillance on the ratings, which have "stable" outlooks.
