(TSX VENTURE: TNG), today announced an agreement with Oberon Media, the world's leading multi-platform casual games company, to license TransGaming's SwiftShader(TM) graphics rendering software for use in its highly successful Dream Day casual game titles. TransGaming also announced an agreement with Oberon to enable a selection of top game titles from I-play, a division of Oberon Media and the world's leading multi-platform casual games publisher, for Mac and distribute I-play's Mac games at GameTree Online (www.gametreeonline.com), TransGaming's digital distribution portal.

City of Heroes for Mac will be available for public beta testing with the release of the game's thirteenth expansion, Issue 13: Power and Responsibility later this fall.
