Synthesis and biological evaluation of bile acid dimers linked with 1,2,3-triazole and bis-[small beta]-lactam

Novel cholic acid and deoxy cholic acid dimers linked through 1,2,3-triazole and bis-[small beta]-lactam have been synthesised. The antifungal and antibacterial activities of these dimers are presented.
