Richardson Electronics Ltd., LaFox, Ill., delivered a profit of $300,000 on sales of $108.6 million for its first fiscal quarter ended Aug. 31. During the same quarter last year, the company reported a net loss of $400,000. Q1 revenues were up 3.8 percent over the previous year.
