Asymmetric synthesis of 3-amino-4-hydroxy-2-(hydroxymethyl)pyrrolidines as potential glycosidase inhibitors
www.rsc.org | Oct 2, 2007
The asymmetric synthesis of three amino pyrrolidines is described using a divergent route in which the key steps involve a tethered aminohydroxylation reaction or intra- and intermolecular epoxide ring-opening reactions.
