Allergan Inc. has entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire Oculex Pharmaceuticals Inc., subject to certain conditions, including approval by the Federal Trade Commission and Oculex's shareholders. Allergan will pay roughly $230 million for Oculex in an all-cash transaction.
