Six Flags Announces Total Summer Concert Lineup and Launches New Sunday Rocks! Series

Six Flags, Inc. (NYSE: SIX) released today the lineup for its 2008 concert series, headlining some of the hottest popular music acts in the industry at Six Flags parks around the country. Covering a variety of music genres including Pop, R&B, Country, Latin and Christian -- Six Flags parks will present recording industry favorites including:

Good Charlotte, Natasha Bedingfield, Danity Kane, Simple Plan, Mario, Sean Kingston, Flo Rida, Kate Voegele, Raven, Menudo, Aly and AJ, Demi Lovato, Boys II Men, Jordan Pruitt, Drew Seeley, Keke Palmer, B5, Joey Page, Blondie, Foreigner, Craig Morgan, Fred Hammond, Third Day, Newsboys, Israel & New Breed, J Moss and more.

Last season, Six Flags introduced the STARBURST(R) Thursday Night Concert Series highlighting top artists such as The Jonas Brothers, Ryan Cabrera, Ne-Yo and Gym Class Heroes. The concerts were free with park admission and became the "must-see" events of the summer. With even more of the music industry's hottest acts, the series is returning and expanding into the Dallas market at Six Flags Over Texas. Other participating parks include Six Flags America in Washington, DC; Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, TX; Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ; Six Flags New England in Agawam, Mass.; Six Flags Over Georgia in Atlanta, Ga.; Six Flags St. Louis.

An Additional Series Rocks the Stands in 2008

Due to the success of the STARBURST(R) Thursday Night Concert Series, Six Flags is excited to introduce a second series Sunday Rocks! -- bringing more big names to park guests including Raven, Aly & AJ, Sean Kingston and other pop artists each Sunday night, beginning June 6 and continuing through August 17. The participating parks are: Six Flags Over Georgia in Atlanta, Ga.; Six Flags St. Louis; Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Ill.; Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ and Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA.
