Belden to Present at Investor Conferences

Executives of Belden will participate in two investor conferences.

- Gray Benoist, Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of Belden, will make a presentation at the Jefferies Second Annual Technology Conference in New York at 2 p.m. on September 10. The presentation will be webcast live and will be available through a link at http://investor.belden.com/events.cfm. A replay of the presentation will be available within 24 hours at the same location and will remain available for a limited time.

- John Stroup, Belden's President and Chief Executive Officer, will meet with investors at the BB&T Capital Markets Conference in San Francisco, also on September 10. There is no presentation or webcast in connection with this conference, and participation is by invitation of BB&T Capital Markets.

Belden provides copper cable, fiber, wireless technology, connectors, switches and active components to bring voice, video and data to mission-critical applications.
