August 20, 2008 (FinancialWire) Don Civgin has resigned as executive vice president and chief financial officer of OfficeMax Inc. (NYSE: OMX) (Current Market Cap: US$907.41 Mil.), effective August 29. He joined the firm in October 2005 and was named EVP and CFO in November 2005.
The company said it expects to begin a search for a new CFO "as soon as practicable."
