Gilat deploys SkyEdge broadband satellite network for Aduanett

Gilat Satellite Networks has completed deployment of its SkyEdge broadband satellite network for Administradora de Redes, a private company owned by a customs broker.
SkyEdge is a satellite communications system that delivers voice, broadband data and video services over a unified system. Administradora de Redes will use the VSAT network to provide customs offices and other businesses with private networking services including interactive data, broadband internet access, and VoIP.
Russell Ribeiro, regional vice president for Latin America at Gilat Network Systems, said: "This contract with Administradora de Redes (Aduanett), demonstrates their confidence in our ability to deliver advanced satellite communications technology and dedicated customer support.
