McKool Smith Boosts Litigation Expertise With Additions of Cruciani, Wolens in Dallas

The national intellectual property and commercial litigation law firm of McKool Smith is announcing the addition of Gary Cruciani and Steven D. Wolens as Principals in the firm's Dallas headquarters.
Both attorneys join the firm after practicing in the Dallas office of Diamond McCarthy. They will continue their work representing clients in commercial litigation and class-action matters.

Mr. Wolens represents clients in complex class-action claims and a variety of commercial litigation matters. He served as a member of the Texas House of Representatives from 1981 through 2005. During his lengthy public service, Mr. Wolens authored landmark legislation covering partnerships and limited liability corporations, ethics reforms, antitrust laws and electric deregulation.
Mr. Cruciani previously practiced at McKool Smith for 15 years, and was one of the founding members of the firm. His commercial litigation expertise includes antitrust claims, oil & gas contracts, tax disputes, intellectual property and trade secret matters, construction claims, breach of fiduciary duty and partnership disputes, and general contract cases. Mr. Cruciani's courtroom track record includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants, with a particular emphasis on plaintiffs' class-action claims and contingent-fee business litigation.
