Solicitation Number 2008-SBIR which was posted on July 2,2008. You are notified that the following changes are made: S1.02This subtopic seeks hardware and software technologies necessary to establish, maintain,and operate precision spacecraft formations to a level that enables cost effective largeaperture and separated spacecraft optical telescopes and interferometers (e.g.,http://lisa.gsfc.nasa.gov/ ).
