Minister's new China link

A company that provided assistance to Australia's Defence Minister, Joel Fitzgibbon, is backed by the Chinese Government. Ausboc is the second-largest shareholder in Wincopy, the property development company of businesswoman Helen Liu. Ausboc is ultimately held by the Bank of China, which is completely controlled by the Chinese Government.
