Thomas Smith to Lead Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide's New York Corporate Practice

Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide (Ogilvy PR), an integrated global communications firm, announced today that Thomas Smith has been appointed Executive Vice President/Group Director of the agency's New York Corporate Practice.

Mr. Smith joined the agency's New York Corporate team in March 2004. He has played an integral role in developing and implementing complex financial communications, investor relations and corporate reputation programs for a broad range of clients in various industries. In his new role, Mr. Smith will manage the group and provide senior-level counsel to companies seeking to enhance its corporate reputation and visibility and help drive new business growth for the firm. .

Thomas received his bachelor's degree in communications from Marquette University. He served on Marquette's National Alumni Board of Directors from 1998 - 2002 and is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute. Mr. Smith and his family reside in Livingston, N.J.
