Open Text acquires Vizible Corporation

Open Text Corporation, a provider of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, has acquired Vizible Corporation, a provider of digital media interface solutions. Both the companies are based in Canada.

As part of the acquisition, Open Text will add the Vizible team to the company's Digital Media Group.
