Juan Verde Joins Critical Solutions, Inc. as Strategic Advisor

Critical Solutions Inc. (Pink Sheets:CSLI), the designer of rapidly deployable, renewable energy tower systems, announces that Juan Verde has joined the Company as a strategic advisor. Mr. Verde, who was appointed by former Vice President Al Gore to be the National Director of The Climate Project, will assist the Company in increasing the global exposure of its renewable energy powered mobile systems.

Mr. Juan Verde has dedicated most of his professional career to the development of communication, planning, and business development strategies in the public and private sectors of the U.S., Latin America, and the Iberian Peninsula. Most recently, Mr. Verde has developed an expertise on climate change and sustainable development. Mr. Verde has worked on twelve different political campaigns, including those of Ted and Joe Kennedy, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, and John Kerry. Mr. Verde was a strategic advisor on Hispanic Outreach issues for the Kerry Campaign and one of the principal directors and Chairman of Americans Overseas for Kerry (AOK) in Spain. He recently served as a member of Senator Hillary Clinton's National Finance Committee and later served as a member of Barack Obama's National Hispanic Leadership Council.
