Clarabridge Bolsters Management Team

Clarabridge, a supplier of text mining software used by companies to improve customer experience management (CEM), has added three executives to its management team.
In a release, the company noted that Brendan Haggerty joins the company as vice president of engineering at Clarabridge. Haggerty brings over 13 years experience in managing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications. Prior to joining Clarabridge, Haggerty was cross product lead at SAP, where he was responsible for coordinating and managing product release activities. Prior to this position, Haggerty served as vice president at C-Systems International and senior principal at American Management Systems (AMS).
Sean Phillips has joined the company as vice president of product development. Prior to joining Clarabridge, Phillips served as chief information officer at VetInsite, where he was responsible for product management, software development, IT infrastructure, and day-to-day operations. He has also served in various software engineering and IT management roles at Edmunds.com, Digex, Etensity, NDC Group and Gateway.
Clarabridge said it has also promoted Gene Sohn to the position of chief architect, where he will drive the company's technology architecture and R&D through product design. Previously, he served as vice president of engineering at Clarabridge.
Rounding out the new hires: Jack Mok joins the firm as western regional technical account manager. In this role, he acts as the central point of contact for Clarabridge's customers, guiding them from implementation through production stages. Mok is a former vice president of client services at Island Data, now known as Overtone, where he directed a team of pre-sales, implementation and professional services, and account management professionals.
