MDS Analytical Technologies to Showcase Imaging, Luminescence Capabilities at Society for Biomolecular Sciences Conference

MDS Analytical Technologies, a leader in innovative solutions for drug discovery and life sciences research, today announced that it will showcase two of its newer products for the European market - the SpectraMax(R) L microplate luminometer and MetaXpressPowerCore(TM) software - during its participation at the 15th Annual Society for Biomolecular Sciences (SBS) 2009 Conference and Exhibition, April 26-30, in Lille, France.

MDS Analytical Technologies will also demonstrate a range of its most popular and innovative imaging instruments and software products at this year's event, including the FLIPRTETRA(R) system, CellKey(TM)384 system, the IonWorks(R) Quattro(TM) system, AquaMax(R) 4000 washer platform, ImageXpressMICRO(TM) system and IsoCyte(TM) laser scanning cytometer.

"We have a proud history of participation at SBS," said Andy Boorn, President of MDS Analytical Technologies. "This conference and exhibition provides MDS Analytical Technologies with an excellent opportunity to showcase our latest technology, as well as gain valuable one-on-one interactions with our customers. Our 'Screening Stimulus'-themed presence will highlight our latest innovations in imaging instruments and the software that runs on them."

MDS Analytical Technologies will hold a pre-conference Drug Discovery Users Forum and will present several sessions at the conference. More specifically:
