Incentra acquires assets and subsidiaries of Incentra Solutions

Incentra, LLC, a provider of technology, consulting, and outsourcing services, has acquired the assets and subsidiaries of Incentra Solutions, Inc., a provider of information technology (IT) and storage management solutions. Both the companies are based in the US.

Under the terms of the agreement, Incentra acquired all of the Incentra Solutions' service delivery assets including the 24x7 network operations center and the GridWorks Operations Support System software.

As part of the purchase consideration, Incentra would assume the debt of Incentra Solutions owing to its senior lenders.
