Radialpoint acquires Casero

Radialpoint, Inc., a provider of managed digital home security and care services to broadband service providers through a private-label software-as-a-service (saas) delivery platform, has acquired Casero, Inc., a provider of hosted applications to broadband service providers. Both the companies are based in Canada.

Casero had secured venture capital funding from Rembrandt Venture Partners, Argo Global Capital, and Highland Capital Partners, LLC.
