CRM OnTarget Brings Hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Small Business, Automates Deployment

CRM OnTarget (http://www.crmontarget.com), the leading provider of partner hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM, set a new milestone in the market today as it removed the industry-standard minimum of five users for a Dynamics CRM implementation. Accounts with as few as one user are now able to sign up for service via the CRM OnTarget website.

The new program for small business coincides with full implementation of automated deployment on the company's website. "Before today, all customer deployments required both human and technical resources which is time consuming and has obvious related costs" said Sean Joseph, a Senior Engineer in the CRM OnTarget data center. "Today, the process has become completely automated and deployment for our new customers is instantaneous - without human intervention."

CRM OnTarget instigated the Dynamics CRM deployment automation project in 2008 by selecting Unify from Ensim as the underlying platform. The project was in development for six months before going into production in April. Customers of CRM OnTarget use the Unify platform to manage their users and services provided to them by CRM OnTarget.

According to the company's senior partner, Randal Southam, there is a clear strategy behind CRM OnTarget's new offering. "Our goal is to drive the same business value available to larger companies to the entrepreneur starting up in their kitchen today; they have the same requirements and looking at today's economic climate, many of them are positioned for rapid growth" he said. "We would like to partner with these folks and support them as they start their journey."

Based in Seattle, CRM OnTarget is Microsoft Gold Certified Partner serving clients in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. The company's clients include Microsoft, Roman Meal, Volvo, Lexus, Brosnan Golf, Kinetix Living, and Boeing among others.
