Excel Gold Mining Inc. Launches the Company's Corporate Web Site and Announces More Operational Changes and Settlements

Excel Gold Mining Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:EGM) launches the Company's Corporate Web Site and announces more operational changes and settlements.

Excel Gold Mining Inc. management is proud to introduce our new Corporate Web Site at www.excelgoldmining.com.

We have initiated a new sequence of corporate operational measures that have for principal objective to communicate better with our shareholders and to provide current development planning evolution of our projects. We will continue to update our Web site with more maps, geologic data and exploration program disclosure, and other important documentation.

Management announces the out of court settlement with a law firm. Mr. Patrick Lessard, interim President stated the following: "As we have previously begun series of negotiations for litigation settlements this final agreement is one of many past and pending issues that takes place in our new operating vision and commitments to move forward in our development program. We want to thank the lawyers in charge of this settlement for their collaboration and we will keep our shareholders posted on other in the works settlements."

We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that the Company has moved its headquarters in Montreal City to facilitate management meetings and appointment of new board members and officers. The Company will temporarily be located at our Attorney's offices at:
