ERF Wireless Names Mike Jones as CTO

ERF Wireless, a provider of enterprise-class wireless broadband products and services, announced that Mike Jones, a member of ERF Wireless' Board of Directors, has accepted a full-time position with the company as its CTO.

Jones joined the ERF Wireless Board of Directors in February of 2008. In addition to providing ERF Wireless guidance for the past year as a member of the board, Jones has also served as a consultant to the company on a number of technology and management issues. As the chief architect for the development and implementation of the company's technology, one of his primary responsibilities will be providing technical guidance as the company implements WiMAX wireless solutions throughout its existing networks as well as new networks that are acquired or constructed.

ERF Wireless is a fully reporting public corporation located in League City, Texas, and is the parent company of ERF Oil & Gas Services, ERF Enterprise Network Services, ERF Bundled Wireless Services, ERF Wireless Messaging Services, and ERF Network Services.
