Keynote Systems, a provider of mobile and Internet test & measurement solutions announced the introduction of its Software as a Service (SaaS) account type called Keynote FlexUse that allows Keynote customers to manage their subscriptions with precision and accuracy.
"FlexUse is a milestone for Keynote and the SaaS market," said Vik Chaudhary, VP of product management and corporate development at Keynote. "We have harnessed our 14 year history in how SaaS subscriptions work and given our customers unprecedented new and powerful capabilities for configuring and managing their on-demand Keynote services."
FlexUse offers usage and forecast reporting down to the measurement detail, allowing customers to view historic usage and cost trending as well as forecast costs into the future. The usage and cost reporting can be exported allowing customers to share data for planning and reporting within their organization.
FlexUse even includes robust functionality such as a built-in cost calculator that customers can use to quickly run 'what if' scenarios for their on-demand services.
With a Keynote FlexUse account customers have the ability to set monthly notification levels that provide real time alerts when they approach their monthly allocated budget. The daily view into their account provides valuable detailed visibility and control and allows customers to closely manage and stay within their budgets, the company noted in a release.
