Ascent Media Corporation Schedules Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Ascent Media Corporation has announced that its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held at 9 a.m., local time, at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel, 101 Wilshire Boulevard, Santa Monica, California 90401, Tel. No. (800) 257-7544, on June 12.

The record date for the meeting is 5 p.m., New York City time, on April 14.
