Alfresco's Matt Asay to Deliver Keynote Address at CMS Expo

Alfresco Software, Inc. (www.alfresco.com), the leader in open source enterprise content management, today announced that VP of Business Development Matt Asay will present the opening keynote address at the CMS Expo Learning & Business Conference (www.cmsexpo.net) in Evanston, Illinois on April 30th, following Alfresco's first U.S. Meetup event in Chicago.

Matt's session, entitled "Set Your Content Free: Why Your Content Strategy Needs to Start with Open Source," will offer insight into the current economic and technical drivers of open source adoption. An open source advocate since 1998, Matt is one of the industry's leading open source business strategists. He is a founding member of Novell's Linux Business Office and founded and runs the annual Open Source Business Conference.

Alfresco's Community Director Nancy Garrity will also be presenting at the event on "Open Source Community Building: A View from the Trenches." Prior to the Expo, both Matt and Nancy will also be hosting Alfresco's Chicago Meetup (http://www.alfresco.com/about/events/2009/04/chicagomeetup/) on Wednesday, April 29th. The one-day event will offer product roadmap updates, best practice customer case study presentations, technical workshops and an informal networking session.
