MetroBridge Announces Changes to the Board of Directors

MetroBridge Networks International Inc. (MEB - TSX Venture), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. James T. Gillis to the Board of Directors effective May 1, 2009. The appointment of Mr. Gillis is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Gillis has significant expertise in business administration and mineral exploration with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. Since 1985, he has been the President of James T. Gillis Management Co. Inc., a private company which provides management services to public companies. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Africa West Minerals Corp., Cassidy Gold Corp. and Island Arc Exploration Corp. as well as a director, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Navasota Resources Ltd; which are all publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Gillis is also a director of Providence Capital Corp.

The Company also acknowledges the resignation of Mr. David Shore as a director of the Company, effective May 1, 2009.
