According to reports, Monday the Supreme Court ordered an appeals court to reassess its ruling regarding the case against CBS Corp. (NYSE:CBS) and Janet Jackson's costume malfunction that resulted in her breast-showing performance at the 2004 Super Bowl. If proven, the 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals would reinstate the $550,000 fine previously imposed on CBS for the indecency.
