Bally Technologies, Inc., a provider of slots, video machines, and casino-management systems for the global gaming industry, announced a new contract to provide a slot accounting, player tracking, and marketing system solution for the opening of The Lodge at Deadwood in Deadwood, S.D., this November.
After a competitive evaluation process, Bally noted, it was selected to provide a complete solution for the new casino's high-speed Ethernet-based casino floor. Bally's solution includes the new SDS Windows Version 11.0 slot accounting system; the CMP player-tracking system; iVIEW displays; a full suite of marketing, promotions, and customer-relationship solutions including Bally Power Bonusing and Bally Live Rewards Tournaments; and Bally's Business Intelligence Solutions.
"Bally Technologies is an absolute standout when it comes to customer service and support," said Ryan Wordeman, President of Deadwood Resorts LLC. "That commitment to customers, combined with Bally's extensive bonusing package so that we can keep our players excited and offer them many different ways to win, made choosing Bally an easy decision for us."
"Our new SDS Windows Version 11.0 is the ideal solution, providing the new casino with an easy-to-use and familiar graphical user interface and room to expand as their gaming operation grows," said Derik Mooberry, Bally's Vice President of System Sales-Western Division. "We are honored that The Lodge at Deadwood has selected Bally as its systems partner, and we look forward to helping them make their new casino a great success."
Bally Technologies will also provide an array of its latest video and stepper titles for the casino opening, including Quick Hit Platinum and Roulette games on the dramatic V32 cabinet; a bank of Power Strike Progressive games offering a car as the top jackpot award; Bally's retro-themed Skill Series games Pong and Breakout; Playboy Strip Poker; and Transparent Reels' titles Dragon Dynasty and Twin Tigers, featuring 3-D-style video and animated displays in conjunction with mechanical reels.
"We are absolutely thrilled that The Lodge at Deadwood chose a number of our newest and most exciting games for the opening of their new casino resort," said Gavin Isaacs, Bally's Chief Operating Officer. "The game mix they selected features an array of our modular cabinets, designed to protect operators' investment and make conversions easy, as well as a number of our most popular and best-performing game titles with themes that are well suited for Deadwood's rich gambling history and diverse player base."
