60 newly trained PIA Air Airhostesses pass out from PIA training camp

The passing out ceremony of newly trained 60 PIA Airhostesses was held at PIA Training Centre, Karachi. Batches 337, 338 and 339 of PIA cabin crew completed their formal training for service on board PIA flights. The training of Cabin Crew included aviation safety, grooming, aircraft safety and in-flight procedures. The training was imparted at PIA Training Centre by the airlines experts and experienced instructors.
While addressing the newly inducted Airhostesses, Managing Director PIA Captain Mohammad Aijaz Haroon welcomed the cabin crew members as - New members of the PIA Family. When you are on the job, your first and foremost priority is to provide maximum hospitality to the passengers and interaction with the passengers will always bring customers back to PIA he added.
Towards the end of the ceremony, Captain Mohammad Aijaz Haroon congratulated the Airhostesses on competition of their training and distributed certificates. After the passing out ceremony these airhostesses will perform their duties on Domestic & Regional sectors from Sunday onwards i.e. May 10, 2009 on A310s, B737s and ATR aircraft.
The ceremony was attended by Director Flight Operations, Captain Shuja Naqvi, Director Training & Development, Mr. Dilawar Fareed Baig, Principal PIA Training Centre, Mr. Younus Khan and senior officials of the airline.
