Small firms face scrutiny

Jaye Radisich, of the Council of Small Business Organisations of Australia, has expressed concern about a crack-down on compliance. Radisich claims some smaller-sized operations may perceive the Australian Government's move to ensure all organisations meet tax and superannuation obligations as targetting the small business sector. She says some small business owners lack the skills to understand the complex Australian tax system.
