As part of the 8th Annual LifeScience Alley Conference & Expo on December 9, the New Technology Showcase will highlight life science technologies with the potential to greatly impact the life sciences and health care delivery.
Boston Scientific Corp. is sponsoring the New Technology Showcase for the 4th consecutive year. Interested companies must submit an application, found at lifesciencealley.org, by Friday, June 26, to be considered.
According to the group, each year, the New Technology Showcase provides emerging and established companies with an opportunity to introduce their most innovative products and therapies to other companies and life science decision makers. This year, LifeScience Alley is actively seeking applicants from all facets of the life sciences, including the medical device, pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, health care provider, food and nutrition and renewable energy sectors. Qualified applicants should have a novel life science technology capable of being publicly displayed and representing a sizable market potential. U.S. and international companies of all sizes fitting these criteria are invited to apply.
The group noted that applications will be reviewed by expert industry judges, leading to the selection of seven organizations to participate in this year's Showcase. The top three organizations by ranking will be invited to present their technologies in front of the full conference during the luncheon general session. All seven selected organizations will receive a complimentary exhibit booth as well as a variety of advanced promotion.
