Peer39 raises $10.5 million in Series C round of funding

Peer39, Inc., a US-based provider of online semantic advertising solutions to advertisers, has raised $10.5 million in Series C round of funding led by Evergreen Venture Partners.

Existing investors Canaan Partners, Dawntreader Ventures, Silicon Valley Bank, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. also participated in the funding.
